Cal Coast receives Platinum Well Workplace award

California Coast Credit Union announced it received the Platinum Well Workplace Award from the Wellness Alliance.

According to the credit union, the honor is based on seven Wellness Alliance benchmarks for workplace health programs. Cal Coast said its wellness program, run with Wellable, covers mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing and includes challenges, on-demand content, incentives, preventive-care tools, peer recognition, and a digital platform.

President and CEO Todd Lane said the award reflects the credit union’s employee-health culture. The Wellness Alliance’s award page was listed at wellnessalliance.org. Cal Coast described itself as a not-for-profit with more than $3 billion in assets, nearly 200,000 members, and 26 branches, open to people who live or work in San Diego or Riverside counties.
